I'm embarking on the Mediterranean Diet this week.. for the sake of good health, lowered risk of cancer and hehe.. wouldn't hurt to lose that irritating ring of fats round my tum tum! =) I kinda got the idea from my free radicals and antioxidant notes, so at least that shows some studyin have gone into my head eh... =)
Took a break from studyin today to go grocery shopping at Cold Storage. I can't believe it when I chalked up a bill of 53 bucks! ~ faint~ But I did get some solid stuff : Romanian lettuce, baby kailan, tiny potatoes, cherry tomatoes, dried apricots, apples, extra virgin olive oil, smoked salmon, muesli, raisins, Heinz salad sauce, herb and garlic cheese and basil leaves. Can't wait to whip up my first batch of sumptious o' salad! Any takers out there? ;)
